Reports and emails

Home → History (the Reports page) shows how your visibility has changed and what work was done, and lets you share it. Vedor also emails you when things move.

Read your report

The page shows your AI visibility score, visibility now vs 30 days ago, your rank among the brands ChatGPT names, and speed in points per week. Below that:

  • Good news: the latest wins, such as a first mention or passing a competitor.
  • Work done, last 30 days: recommendations done and articles written.
  • Your site: your AI readiness score and homepage speed from the last scan.
  • Tabs for Questions (the ones you win and the ones you're missing), By topic (each brand's visibility per topic and its change), and ChatGPT's searches (the web searches ChatGPT ran before answering, and how often you are named).

Compare before and after a date

  1. Under Compare before and after, pick a day, for example the day you shipped a fix.
  2. Click Compare. You get each number before and now, plus which questions you started or stopped winning.
  3. Reset to last 30 days goes back to the default view.

Share it

  • Stakeholder report opens a page made for printing or saving as PDF.
  • Export CSV downloads the report's tables for a spreadsheet.

Both follow the comparison date if you picked one.

Emails

  • Weekly visibility email: sent after the weekly check, only when you move up on a topic. Preview it with Weekly email on the Reports page.
  • Good news: sent after a check, only when something went well. Preview it with Good-news email.

Turn either on or off, or pick which kinds of good news you get, in Account settings → Notifications. Each email also has an unsubscribe link.

For a custom report on a schedule, ask Vedor. See Scheduled tasks.

Gotchas

  • Reports appear after your first check.
  • Good-news emails only report changes bigger than the normal try-to-try variation in ChatGPT's answers.
