Plans, credits and billing
Your plan sets how many credits you get each month and how often your questions are checked automatically. Owners manage it in Account settings → Billing.
Plans
| Plan | Scheduled checks |
|---|---|
| Free | None. Use Check now. |
| Pro | Once a week |
| Business | Twice a week |
Current prices and the credits each plan includes are shown in Account settings → Billing. Scheduled checks and the follow-up re-checks after finished work use no credits.
How credits work
- Actions that use AI cost credits: checking answers with Check now or Check again, Vedor chat replies, article drafts, page checks, keyword research and more. What your credits buy in Billing lists the cost per action and how many of each you have left.
- Settings (top right) shows how many credits you've used this month. The bar turns amber at 80%.
- Credits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused plan credits don't carry over.
- If an action would go over your credits, it doesn't start, and you see how many are left.
Upgrade
- Go to Account settings → Billing.
- Click Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Business.
- Pay on the secure Stripe checkout page. Your plan changes when payment completes.
If you already pay for a plan, an upgrade starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. A downgrade, including to Free, takes effect at the end of the current period. Until then you can undo it with the Keep button next to the notice (for example Keep Pro).
Buy more credits
In Billing, click Buy … credits under Top up credits. A top-up is added on top of your plan for this month and next: whatever you don't use this month rolls over once.
Invoices and payment details
- Invoice details: your company or name, Company ID (IČO) and VAT ID, printed on invoices. The billing address is asked at checkout.
- Payment history: every payment with Download PDF and Receipt links.
- Manage billing opens Stripe, where you can change your card or cancel.
Gotchas
- Only owners see Billing. Members can ask an owner.
- Vedor (the chat) can tell you about your credits, but buying credits and changing plans is always your own click.
- Payments are handled by Stripe.
